   Proposal Description:
   Aim 1. Examine selection factors underlying biomarker or neuropathology study participation.  Aim 2. Evaluate how selection factors in biomarker and neuropathology samples affect generalizability of associations of biomarkers with ADRD outcomes.  Aim 3. Generalize findings from biomarker and neuropathology studies to populations.  Aim 4. Evaluate biomarkers as mediators of effects of risk factors on ADRD outcomes.
